OUR PEOPLE
Casa Costa Condominium Association, Inc.
Casa Costa is a resort condominium with permanent and seasonal residences, suites designed for weekly and monthly booking, several commercial offices and retail spaces, four stories of indoor parking, two outdoor pools, fitness facilities and more.

Maintaining such a diverse and complicated set of needs is the job of several groups. The association itself is a non-profit business that collects dues from unit owners to fund its operations.
WHO MANAGES CASA COSTA?
The community is professionally managed by Castle Group, which is among Florida's largest property management organizations specializing in class-A communities.
WHAT TYPES OF MEETINGS DO WE HAVE?
We hold an annual Budget Meeting in the late fall. Notice and minutes of all meetings is posted in the mail rooms and also published on BuildingLink.

Independent committees and other groups serve the association by researching and recommending solutions to improve the community.

SOCIAL
Organizes events on and off-site and publishes the Casa Coaster newspaper

GRIEVANCE
Evaluates alleged violations and levies fines, as required by Florida law

FINANCE
Recommends annual budgets and assists with monthly income and expense management

COMMUNITY ADVISORY GROUP
Owners, renters and other stakeholders unite to explore solutions to improve the community.

GROUNDS
Recommends improvements to the community's curb appeal

CONSTRUCTION LIAISON
